I have this new country band. We played a party at Lucero's house in Memphis this weekend for the bass player's birthday. They live in a huge loft apartment over a building that used to house White's Old Timey Drugstore. I'd drink shakes there as a kid, but now it's all gone. Anywho, I just wanted to say that Lucero play so ridiculously well, I think they are steadily on their way to taking over the planet. All people will soon bow their heads to the musical force that is lucero. I'm not kidding.

I'm reading The Godfather very quickly, and I'm in search of some more similar gangster books. I mean, I'm sure after The Godfather came out tons of authors ran to harp on it's sucess, and at least one of them had to produce a decent book.
